Improve mental, physical and spiritual well-being with monthly breathwork and meditation journeys.
Breathwork can be used as a tool to completely shift your energy. It can calm you, energize you, lift your mood and help you to feel more grounded.
Every New Moon a new breathwork and meditation journey will be uploaded into the library ranging from 20-60 minutes with a variety of themes and journeys to choose from.
The library will continue to expand each month with a new video uploaded. If you have a favorite, you will never have to worry about losing it as you will have access to the full library as long as you remain a member.
There will be something for everyone as we work together to regulate our nervous system, open our hearts, call in what we desire and release what is no longer serving. These will all be powerful journeys that you can incorporate to your daily practices.
